If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Venks Galore Ltd.
  • Website refers to APTGRO, accessible from aptgro.com
  • Product refer to the APTGRO Fireproof Bags offered for sale on our website.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase APTGRO Bags from Us.

 

Refund

Any product once received by you, can be returned to us with a full refund only within 30 days of delivery of the product, if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a faulty or defective product

(Refunds will not be issued for minor packaging damages which might have happened during the shipping process.)

Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by APTGRO if:

  • The Product has been washed;
  • The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
  • The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match our records;
  • The accessories delivered with the Product are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
  • There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
  • The Product doesn’t reach us in sellable condition;
  • APTGRO is satisfied that the Product has been rendered used, defective or unusable.

If  you received a damaged APTGRO Bag, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

  • The photos of original package with front and back sides
  • The photos or video of the defective bag(s)
  • The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective bag

We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as the problem is confirmed.

You will be responsible for all the shipping costs required to send the product back to us. We will replace your damaged product or provide refund once we receive the product from you. This process might take 14 days to a month depending upon the different scenarios.

We will not be responsible for the lost or stolen products during the shipping process. Once the product had been processed and shipped and once the tracking code has been provided to you, we assume no liability for the product nor we are responsible for any refunds if it is lost/stolen/not delivered to you. Please contact the respective shipping carrier to file a complaint.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Product that does not meet the refund conditions in our sole discretion.

 

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
